The $WAIGER token supports the player-to-player ecosystem and powers the in-game economy across paid Casino games. As such, a portion of game entry fees for games hosted on the platform will be funneled back to the Treasury as part of the house take. This happens in two ways:
$WAIGER-based Games: For games that are based in $WAIGER, a clip of the winnings will be taken as the house-take
$WAIGER Swap: For all other games denominated in other currencies (including Chips), $WAIGER will take a house cut and execute on-market swaps to the $WAIGER token
This $WAIGER will eventually cycle back to players in the form of player rewards.
The baseline rate of purchase starts at 25% of the platformโs rake, but can increase or decrease based on the rolling D7 player spend.
When player spend is increasing in velocity, the rate of purchase for $WAIGER is increased on a curve to a maximum of 40%.
When player spend is decreasing in velocity, the rate of purchase for $WAIGER is decreased on a curve to a minimum of 10%.
Every 3 months until the end of the first year this rate is reviewed to ensure stability in early stages if unexpected market conditions hit.
