WAIGER Crash
Crash games are a gambling game category where bets made by players multiply over a very short period of time (seconds) but can crash at any point, including the time = 0. The objective is for the players to cash their bets before the multiplier crashes. Players holding bets when the multiplier crashes lose their bets. The multiplier animation in typical crash games is a plane or rocket that flies until it crashes, but crashes without a reason.
Waiger Crash is an original that leverages the success of Crash with a new twist, in the form of a front-end that introduces a new sense of user agency. The core crash math model remains intact, with a random multiplier for the crash of each round, but the front end theme will create a new way to watch the multiplier grow and allow players to cash out at any time.
The first Crash theme is poker based, where the round crashes when the hero reveals a 3-car d flush on the active board. The multiplier can still crash very suddenly but the players have a slight sense of agency as they watch the poker cards revealed in real time to represent the potential crash. Poker is the first of many themes Waiger will release for new Crash variants.
