👕NFT Wearables

NFTs Wearables are essential to the WAIGER ecosystem as it forms the core of player progression, collectability, rewarding and interactions with the $WAIGER token. NFTs can be equipped to a player’s Agent across their different gear slots. Players engage at this metagame layer to stack up on bonuses / rewards of different NFTs for their Agents- creating different synergistic combos.

Once equipped, these NFTs can be used in gameplay and trigger additional bonuses and rewards. Each NFT has a different set of attributes that contribute to its’ rewards rate and conditional requirements.

Each equipped wearable item offers unique utility and jackpot mechanisms that enhance gameplay, allowing players to win effortlessly and passively while enjoying their favorite games. Moving away from traditional retention tactics like rakeback and loyalty points, WAIGER redefines how gamblers receive rewards by offering wearable assets with ownership mechanics similar to those found in MMORPGs.

Each NFT will roll a random attribute at the time of Mint. There are 3 levels of rarity for all NFTS (Common, Rare, Epic). The strength of each attribute increases with the level of rarity, and Rare and Epic NFTs can have more than 1 attribute.

NFTs can be equipped onto your Agent loadout and will belong to one of 6 categories:

1. Headwear

2. Glasses

3. Shirts

4. Pants

5. Shoes

6. Jewelry

Attributes:

• Passive Bonuses

  • XP Boosts - Increase rate of XP earned for your character

  • Drop rate % increase - Winners of every tournament gets to roll on a drop (i.e., spin, dice roll, mini-game) where the win rate starts at 1% chance and increases based on this dimension

• Active Rewards

  • Objective-based Rewards - Items that reward $WAIGER conditional on player hitting an objective (e.g., hitting a flush / straight / full house, playing X amount of hands, folding a pocket pair pre-flop, etc.)

  • Performance-based Rewards - Items that reward $WAIGER if a performance metric is hit (e.g., AI makes it to the money, Win 1st in a tournament, Top 10 in tournament, etc.)

• Rebates

  • These are rebates on your bet that can be recouped to provide the downside protection to a player if NFTs with these traits are equipped (e.g., First out protection, Bubble protection, Aces cracked protection (lose a hand with AA, etc.)

• Jackpots

  • Become eligible for jackpot prizing based on your NFT jackpot attribute. While equipping an active Jackpot NFT, and triggering the jackpot objective, you will be eligible to win jackpot prizing for things like:

    • Straight Flush

    • Royal Flush

    • 4 of a Kind

    • Aces Full (Full House)

• AI gameplay

  • Some NFTs will include AI gameplay attributes that allow players to slightly adjust the way in which their AI plays, allowing players to boost their AI aggression meter.

  • It’s important that these gameplay adjustments do not create a significant unfair advantage or disadvantage for players in the ecosystem, rather they can adjust the style of play.

  • For example, stacking up on NFT gear slots that boost your AI poker aggression would yield results where the Bot makes the money less often, but when it does make the money it has a larger chipstack on average.

Wearable Jackpots The wearables with jackpot attributes are a major part of the overall ecosystem and distribution of player rewards. Replacing traditional rakeback and loyalty point retention methods, the Waiger ecosystem brings a new exciting way to distribute rewards back to players in the form of numerous and constant jackpotting mechanisms. Players want to win BIG, and their chances have never been higher. Waiger will start with some proof of concept wearable assets with jackpot attributes that interact with poker gameplay. This allows players to increase their jackpot chances passively while they play. We will funnel these jackpot rewards into a select few categories early on, and then gradually expand into more (and bigger) jackpots while expanding on our catalog of wearable assets, distributing them into players hands through multiple channels.
